Welcome to Aureva Curated Estates (“Aureva,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile site, or related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use.

Aureva is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or financial adviser. We curate and display high-quality real estate listings from independent, licensed third-party professionals. All negotiations, contracts, and funds transfers occur exclusively between you and those professionals.

All information—including projected ROI, rental-yield estimates, or appreciation assumptions—is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees of investment performance. Conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified legal, tax, and financial advisers before purchasing.

Membership fees renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Because benefits unlock immediately, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Membership does not obligate Aureva to close deals, guarantee availability, or ensure listing accuracy.

For property purchases completed through an Aureva introduction, a one-time coordination fee of 1.5 % of the final purchase price or USD 10,000 (whichever is lower) is invoiced to the buyer upon execution of the purchase agreement. This fee is disclosed inside the logged-in Member Dashboard once an intro request is confirmed.

Listings are represented by licensed agents, brokers, or developers who operate independently. Aureva is not responsible for their conduct, statements, or omissions. Any claims or disputes arising from a transaction are solely between the client and the third party.

All text, graphics, trademarks, and design elements on the Platform are the intellectual property of Aureva or its licensors and may not be copied or repurposed without express written permission.

Aureva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed (a) the total membership fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) USD 500.

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually according to the tier selected. You may cancel anytime; service remains active through the current billing cycle. Refunds for partial periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
